Overview
Our client a successful and well known family bakery within the Highlands are seeking a dedicated Bakery Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of baked goods in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Hours
There are 2 x Day shift positions available working between the hours of 0800 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday, Friday 0800 - 1530 with potential for overtime & Saturday AM hours.
Responsibilities
* Assisting on the Biscuit line
* Bread slicing, baking of Sausage Rolls/Pies & much more
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas
* Adhere to food safety standards and procedures to ensure quality products
* Full training given across all aspects of the bakery
Qualifications
* The ideal candidate should: Have some experience within a similar environment (not essential) full training will be given
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Have some previous experience of working a nightshift
