Job Description
* Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
* Create original, high-quality content including posts, articles, images, and videos for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall marketing campaigns.
* Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
* Engage with audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze data for insights and optimization opportunities.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to continuously improve social media presence.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Social Media Executive should have:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
* Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in a similar role or industry.
* Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
* Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
* Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to measure performance and track KPIs.
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
