Implementation Consultant, Greater Manchester, £60,000 - £65,000
We’re partnering with an international SaaS company that helps organisation to find them an Implementation Consultant to deliver end-to-end software implementations — combining business analysis, solution design, and hands-on technical delivery.
In this client-facing role you will work with a range of companies to translate requirements into effective working solutions – leading API integration and configuration set ups. The new Implementation Consultant will take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing
* Gathering requirements and mapping business processes
* End-to-end Technical Implementations
* Designing solutions and configuring the platform
* Supporting integrations (APIs, data mapping, troubleshooting)
* Working closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders
* Supporting testing, training, and successful go-lives
What they’re looking for
* 5+ years in software implementation
* Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and data
* Ability to bridge business and technical conversations
* Confident stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with SaaS platforms.
* SQL, JSON, XML knowledge
* Exposure to tools like JIRA or Confluence
