Part-Time / Freelance Corporate Credit Content Developer
We are seeking an experienced corporate credit professional to play a key role in shaping, strengthening and coordinating our corporate credit training content and development processes.
This role requires strong corporate credit judgment and the effective use of AI and other tools to improve quality, efficiency, consistency, and team workflows. It is ideal for someone with a background as a Senior Credit Analyst in Corporate Banking or Lending who is looking for flexible, part-time work.
As a central point of coordination, you will work closely with our trainers and other content contributors, ensuring our materials reflect current market practice, are technically robust, and deliver a high-quality learning experience.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to proactively research, structure, and improve content development while maintaining strong human judgment and quality control.
Please note: this is a fully remote contractor role. The work is part-time, flexible, and subject to business demand, with some seasonality across the year.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Accountability
* Be accountable for key areas of corporate credit content, ensuring quality, consistency, and analytical rigor
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance, expand, or retire materials
* Use AI and other tools to accelerate research, drafting, and content development while applying strong human judgment to validate outputs
* Coordinate and manage content development across multiple contributors, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and clarity of responsibilities
* Improve content development processes and identify opportunities to work more efficiently and effectively
Content Design & Development
* Design, update, and enhance corporate credit training materials, using AI where appropriate, including:
* Case studies: corporate profiles, financial spreads, peer data, and industry analysis
* Exercises based on real-world companies and scenarios, with clear learning objectives
* Financial spreadsheets and forecasting models in Excel
* Quizzes, assessments, and exams
* Apply strong credit judgment to build realistic, high-quality case studies and exercises
* Identify credit themes and independently identify suitable companies, industries, datasets, and case ideas to strengthen the content offering
* Translate complex credit analysis into clear, structured, and teachable content
* Build, refine, review, and error-check spreading and forecasting models with a high degree of accuracy
* Continuously research and introduce new, relevant materials to keep content current and market-aligned
Collaboration & Coordination
* Provide input into course design, structure, and sequencing of materials
* Contribute content ideas and analytical input to support client discussions where relevant
* Act as a central point of coordination across trainers, contributors, and development priorities to help reduce duplication, bottlenecks, and reliance on senior stakeholders
* Take on greater responsibility for technically demanding content development and review, helping reduce reliance on trainers and senior stakeholders
* Help the team build confidence in using AI effectively by identifying practical ways to improve content quality, efficiency, and consistency
Quality Assurance
* Review and validate AI-assisted outputs to ensure they are accurate, relevant, and fit for purpose
* Apply strong attention to detail when reviewing financials, assumptions, and outputs
* Ensure content reflects current market practice and learning objectives
* Support the review and marking of participant assignment submissions, applying agreed grading criteria and providing grades with concise, high-level feedback that reinforces key learning points
* Maintain organized version control and documentation across all materials
Required Experience
Strong background in corporate credit / corporate banking, ideally as a Credit Analyst, Relationship Manager with credit responsibility, or Credit Risk professional. Experience using AI or other digital tools to improve research, drafting, analysis, or content development workflows is highly desirable.
Proven experience in:
* In-depth corporate credit and risk analysis
* Spreading, ratio analysis, and interpretation of financial performance
* Forecasting, financial modeling, model review, and error checking. Good understanding of corporate debt products, credit risk frameworks and decision-making
* Assessing and developing corporate credit cases, exercises, or analytical materials for learning or decision-making purposes
* Using digital tools, including AI, to support research, drafting, analysis, or content development workflows
