You will be responsible for planning courses and lessons, creating resources, teaching lessons, and marking learners' work while providing developmental feedback.
Experience of teaching adults is required.
- Experience of teaching individuals with learning difficulties is essential.
- You will have Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths, a Level 3 award in Education and Training, and ideally a Level 5 teaching qualification for teaching in the post-16 sector. We will consider applications from individuals with no formal teaching qualifications, depending on experience, but you will need to achieve the Level 3 award within the first year of teaching and the Level 5 diploma within the second year.
- An Enhanced DBS check with children's barred list is required.
