Corporate / Commercial Solicitor

Role Requirements :
* Advise on corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, sales, restructures and private equity deals
* Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts
* Provide guidance on IP, data protection, employee options and other specialist areas
* Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
* Work collaboratively across teams and offices
Experience :
* Scottish qualified solicitor, ideally with corporate or commercial experience 1-4 PQE
* Comfortable managing a varied workload
* Client-facing experience and the ability to build lasting relationships
Skills :
* Clear communicator
* Collaborative approach, working across offices and teams
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to handle transactions efficiently and confidently
