About the Role As a Residential Children's Worker, you'll be more than a carer - you'll be a mentor, a safe space, and a steady presence in the lives of children who need you most. You'll: Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care in a safe and respectful environment Support emotional, educational, and social development every step of the way Help young people rebuild trust, confidence, and hope Work within a supportive team driven by strong values and a clear purpose What We're Looking For We're not looking for superheroes - just real people who care deeply and show up with heart, courage, and commitment.
