Overview
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and delivering creative content for Subway campaigns. You will be responsible for helping to build and sustain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into creative briefs for our creative and production teams. Working closely with the AD, SAM and client, you will help to manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will provide regular updates to the client, managing expectations, and look to resolve any issues that may arise in the first instance and escalate where appropriate. In addition to managing client relationships, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of creative projects. You will also be responsible for monitoring project timelines, budgets, and ensuring quality control throughout the process.
Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver creative content for Subway campaigns; build and sustain strong client relationships; understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs for creative and production teams.
* Collaborate with the AD, SAM and client to manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring on time, on budget, and high-quality delivery.
* Provide regular updates to clients, manage expectations, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of creative projects.
* Monitor project timelines and budgets; maintain quality control throughout the process.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Understanding of creative processes and ability to translate client requirements into actionable briefs
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
