Performance Analyst needed in Wembley This is a temporary contract initially paying £23.81ph PAYE The reference number is: 000A D265 / 1 The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our Resident Data function, taking ownership of performance reporting, data quality improvement and the development of robust analytical products that drive service excellence. They will lead on the creation of high‑quality performance reports, scorecards and dashboards, build and maintain automated data pipelines using tools such as Power Automate, and design insightful Power BI solutions that enable evidence‑based decision making. They will work confidently with large and complex housing datasets, support statutory returns including the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM), and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the Resident Services Directorate to embed strong performance management and quality assurance practices. They will bring advanced analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach that enhances local strategies and delivers meaningful improvements for residents.
