We’re Hiring: Roofing Estimator We’re recruiting a Roofing Estimator to join our team, replacing an outgoing team member and continuing the high standards within our roofing division. Location:Coulsdon or Toddington This role is essential to maintaining the quality, consistency and commercial accuracy our clients expect and we want someone who genuinely wants to make a positive impact from day one. What we’re looking for: • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong technical roofing background (flat, pitched, industrial, commercial) • Commercially sharp with solid BOQ and tendering experience • Process-driven, organised and consistent • Someone motivated to uphold and enhance our standards What you’ll be doing: • Preparing accurate roofing tenders from enquiry through to submission • Working closely with our Projects, Commercial & Preconstruction teams • Engaging with trusted suppliers and subcontractors • Supporting continuous improvement across our roofing operations If you want to step into a respected role within an established team and help us maintain excellence — we’d love to hear from you
