Role Overview
As an IVA Advisor, you will support clients through their debt‑solution journey by:
* Conducting detailed fact‑finding on debt levels, income, and affordability.
* Speaking with warm, live leads and understanding each client’s financial circumstances.
* Presenting suitable debt solutions in a clear, consultative manner.
* Guiding clients throughout the process until their IVA is submitted.
Experience & Skills Required
* Previous IVA experience is essential
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
* Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
* High attention to detail with strong organisational and planning skills.
* Good computer literacy and accurate keyboard skills.
* Self‑motivated, ambitious, and financially driven.
