£20.96 per hour

We pay up to £3,000 when you join Sanctuary Care. Relocation packages are also available.

* A clinical training team providing a wide range of courses to support our Nurses with their clinical knowledge and skills
* Support in meeting NMC revalidation requirements for CPD

* We work together as a team to enrich our residents’ lives and support our colleagues while having fun
* You’ll give the highest quality of personalised care to residents in line with their individual care plans that you prepare and monitor
* You’ll regularly communicate with residents, their families and staff both verbally and in writing
* Providing comprehensive, systematic and accurate nursing assessments of the physical, psychological and social needs of residents will be at the heart of your day
* We strive to be the best Registered Nurse by being kind and supportive to residents, families and colleagues
What skills do I need?
* Teamwork ensures a happy team, happy residents and a happy home
* You will be Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
* You will have experience of working in a clinical setting
* Strong communication skills and a flexible approach
* You will be kind and genuinely care for older people, treating everyone with respect and dignity
* You will use a Nursing Process to collect data, formulate initial nursing diagnoses, prioritise and manage care
* You will have experience of infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy and drug administration
