This role will support the delivery of the Proactive Intervention and Prevention Programme (PIPP) in Breckland and North Norfolk, working alongside our Delivery and Partnership Manager and our team of Life Connectors to support individuals at risk of falls remain independent. You will help monitor delivery, provide operational support, lead on volunteer recruitment and coordination, and ensure effective communication between partners.
Alongside PIPP, you will also represent Community Action Norfolk (CAN) at engagement events, particularly in West Norfolk, helping to raise awareness of our work and strengthen links with local organisations. The role also includes contributing to CAN’s wider communications, ensuring our messages are clear and accessible to the communities we serve.
* Salary: £26,617.17 per annum.
* Fulltime: 37 hours per week.
* Contract: until 30th September 2027 (with possibility of extension).
* Location:Hybrid (Remote working and working in our Dereham Office.)
