Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, jet washing of floors and walls.
- Clean and sanitize toilet and other areas as specified.
* Cleaning of trays and other bakery equipment.
* Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
* Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
* Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
* Deep cleaning of all areas of the bakery.
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

This includes 30 minutes unpaid break per day.
