Are you ready to dive into a fast-paced, purpose-driven role in the maritime and offshore industry? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented customer account assistant to join our operations team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients around the world.
What You'll Do
As our customer account assistant, you'll be supporting the Customer Account Coordinators to plan and deliver shipping and oil and gas scopes—ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with technicians, customers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics, safety, documentation, and follow-up.
· Supporting the service team to plan service scopes for offshore and maritime projects
· Assisting with the coordination of travel, accommodation, equipment, and documentation
· Assisting the service team with administrative tasks to support the planning and delivery of work scopes
· Ensuring safety procedures and PPE are in place
· Assisting the Customer Account Coordinators to compile reports and help with data collection for invoicing
· Identifying new opportunities and supporting continuous improvement
What You'll Bring

· Experience in logistics, coordination, or maritime/offshore sectors (preferred)
