Role Overview
This role is based in the West Midlands, performing EICRs, PAT Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, and Emergency Lighting Inspections. The work involves Planned & Reactive Maintenance, Remedial Works, and general installations, primarily across Hospitality, Retail, and Leisure sectors.

Job Description
* Provide Planned and Reactive Electrical Maintenance across multiple sites and sectors
* Deliver Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Repairs, and Installations on various assets such as lighting, distribution boards, fire & intruder alarms, pumps, motors, control systems, BMS, PAT testing, HVAC, and EV systems
* Fault finding and repairs on electrical equipment & systems
* Conduct alterations, installations, and testing according to specifications and legislation
* Respond promptly to reactive call requests from Helpdesk and provide On-call Service as part of a rota
* Prepare quotes for installation & repair works, including materials and labor estimates
* Identify non-repairable issues and advise the Contract Manager accordingly
* Travel to various locations as required
* Follow instructions from Line Manager regarding scope of works
* Perform tasks adhering to SLAs
* Update and monitor the CAFM system
* Engage with Health & Safety and HR for safety and training compliance
* Promote resource sustainability and recycling
* Represent the company professionally at all times
* Perform other duties within the scope of the role
Personal Specification
Qualified electrician with 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, AM2, and City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing. Experience in Electrical Maintenance & Installation. Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining high standards. Good communication skills, PC literacy, customer-focused, self-motivated, flexible, and problem-solving abilities.
Package
* Salary: GBP38,513/year, including GBP1,950 on-call payment (1 week in 4)
* Overtime at 1.5x after 37.5 hours
* Normal hours: 08:00, Monday to Friday
* 30 minutes travel time each way
* Company Van, Uniform & PPE provided
