Wrexham Industrial Estate | State-of-the-Art Food Manufacturing Facility
We're recruiting on behalf of our client - a forward-thinking, high-tech food manufacturing business based in Wrexham Industrial Estate. We're looking for experienced Production Operatives to join their Morning and Afternoon shift teams. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role with excellent prospects for long-term growth.
Pay & Hours
* Starting rate: £12.50/hour
* Increase to: £13.00/hour after 12 weeks
* Shift options:
* Morning: 07:00-16:00 (Mon-Fri)
* Afternoon: 14:00-22:00 (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities
* Oversee production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
* Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards
* Communicate effectively with team leaders and production staff
* Maintain cleanliness and safety across the production area
Ideal Candidate
* A hands-on team player with a proactive attitude
* Comfortable with technical, manual, and housekeeping tasks
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
