Responsible for the delivery of ESCALIN Fuel Tanker Driver - Defence Petroleum Drivers Passport (dPDP) training 1. This post holder is responsible to the respective Specialist Training Management Squadron Higher Executive Officer for the delivery of the ESCALIN Fuel Tanker Driver Trg - Defence Petroleum Drivers Passport (dPDP), Defence ESCALIN Training Long and Short Courses (DET(L), DET(S)) to vocational licence holders. 2. The post holder is responsible for the quality of training, enabling students to meet the assessment standards of the dPDP as laid down by the Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) in the Petroleum Driver Passport Scheme Manual of Practice. 3. This training is to be delivered in accordance with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) principles contained in Defence Training Support Manuals. 4. The post holder must have held a full Category CE licence for a minimum of 4 years with no more than 3 current penalty points and no serious convictions (e.g., Drinking and Drug Driving) in the last 10 years 5. Supervision of students in respect of behaviour, dress and general conduct whilst undergoing training. 6. The post holder is also responsible for the quality of training enabling students to meet the vehicle and associated subject matter test standards, as laid down by the applicable Course Training Documentation. 7. Adhere to DST Standing Orders and co-operate in respect of any imposed Health and Safety policies. 8 The post holder will be required to work extended days, a maximum of 2 per course iaw Reserve Land Forces Regulations working time regulations. 9. Undertake such military duties as directed by the chain of command.
