Overview
Our project delivery team provides first-class audio-visual solutions to live event clients worldwide. Creative Technology London is seeking individuals with extensive knowledge of the Music, Film & TV, Sporting, and corporate markets who share our passion for delivering outstanding results.
In this role, you will interpret client event requirements and align resources accordingly, follow up with consultations and documented quotations, and oversee project cost control, resource allocation, and acquisition to ensure seamless delivery of our services. On-site, you will lead day-to-day operations, ensure safe working practices for company and freelance personnel, and build client relationships for future opportunities. Although projects may span multiple markets, this role primarily focuses on the Music and Touring market.
Primary Objectives
* Dealing directly with clients and serving as a central point of contact.
* Assessing client requirements and generating accurate quotations that meet commercial targets.
* Delivery of excellent client service.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with Account Management, Sales and Business Development teams.
* Create detailed project plans, schedules and cost estimates.
* Identify resources needed and assign equipment and crew resources.
* Negotiate contracts for outsourced contractors.
* Keep the company CRM up to date with owned contacts, clients, and opportunities.
* Carry out risk assessments and manage risk, liaising with clients and other parties as required.
* Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
* Reconcile and invoice completed work.
* Monitor project profitability, revenue and margins within a predetermined budget.
* Provide out-of-hours callout duty.
* Support and assist the general office when not actively involved with project work.
* Collaborate within the NEP group to maximise Group revenue.
* Adhere to internal processes.
* Lead on-site project delivery and manage all production elements.
* Travel to site or other offices where applicable, in the UK and Worldwide.
* Support Internal and external ISO accreditation audits as needed.
Skills / Qualifications
* Experience in the Music & Touring industry from a project/tour management or technical delivery background.
* Good technical knowledge of Displays, LED, Video, Audio, Lighting used in live events.
* Working knowledge of Rigging and Lighting fundamentals is beneficial.
* Understanding of Project Management processes.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude when dealing with people.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Good understanding of the Live Events industry.
* Good IT skills including MS Office.
* Good interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
