Private Client Associate (1–6 PQE)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a leading international law firm for a talented Private Client Associate (1–6 PQE). The firm’s private client practice is recognised globally for advising high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on the structuring, protection, and management of wealth across multiple jurisdictions. Much of the work has a strong cross-border dimension, involving matters across the UK, Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific.
The Role
You’ll join a highly experienced team advising on a broad range of private client, tax and wealth planning matters, including:
* UK and international tax and succession planning for individuals and families
* The creation and administration of trusts, partnerships, corporates and other structures
* Advising settlors, fiduciaries and beneficiaries on offshore structures and compliance issues
* Designing and implementing new wealth planning arrangements, as well as modernising existing ones
* Managing your own caseload while supporting partners on complex, high-value projects
* Building relationships with clients, intermediaries and other advisers
* Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice

* Between 1 and 6 years’ PQE (England & Wales qualified)
* Experience in private client, tax or wealth structuring work
* A strong academic background and excellent drafting and research skills
* The confidence to manage client relationships and work directly with high-net-worth individuals
* A proactive and commercial mindset, with enthusiasm for developing business and learning from market-leading practitioners
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit, international team
