Family Law Solicitor – Bridgnorth
A well-established, independent family law firm is looking to appoint a Family Law Solicitor to be based in the Bridgnorth office, with the option to work from home two days a week. For nearly a decade, the firm has specialised exclusively in privately funded family law matters, building a strong reputation for client care and results.
The Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Family Law Solicitor to join its Bridgnorth office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE who wants to manage a high-quality caseload of divorce, finances and children matters while working in a modern, flexible environment.
You will be responsible for running your own caseload of privately funded family law cases with support from the Principal Solicitor and the wider team. While this role is primarily office-based, hybrid working is available (typically three days in the office, two from home).
As the firm continues to grow, this is an exciting chance to play a key role in shaping client services and helping streamline operations.Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, finances and children cases
* Handle cases from instruction through to completion (no legal aid)
* Provide exceptional client care and build long-term relationships
* Use Leap electronic case management system to manage files efficiently
* Contribute to the smooth running of a modern, paperless office
* Work collaboratively with assistants and other team members
* Support business development and firm growth initiatives
Salary & Benefits:
* Competitive salary (£40,000 – £50,000+, depending on experience)

About You:
* Qualified Solicitor with proven family law experience with the ability to work as the sole solicitor within the Bridgnorth office
* Confident managing a caseload of divorce, finances and children matters
* Strong IT skills with experience of case management systems (Leap desirable)
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Able to work independently as well as part of a small, supportive team
* Located within a reasonable commute to Bridgnorth (e.g. Wolverhampton, Shropshire, Telford, Kidderminster areas)How to Apply:
