INTERNAL APPLICANTS MUST APPLY VIA MYSELF NLC5 £26,991 - £28,665 We are looking for an individual with experience of working within a fast-paced HR customer service role. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with attention to detail, to ensure high levels of accuracy of HR transactional processes. Reporting to the Senior People Operations advisor, you will work with the People Operations Team within the Employee Service Centre, delivering day-to-day operational HR transactional activities across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure a seamless process for both employees and the managers. As an Advisor, your responsibilities will primarily involve managing employee changes, including work pattern changes, position transfers, hours and salary changes, allowances, issuing of contracts and variations, and maintaining accurate personal files. You should be educated to National 5 qualification (or equivalent), and able to support employees and managers in understanding HR transactional processes, ensuring adherence and compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation. You will have strong numeracy skills as well as being IT literate, with the ability to quickly learn iTrent system and Microsoft applications. You should have the ability to embrace change, be actively open and receptive to support digital transformation within HR, including employee and manager self-service. This post is temporary for a period of 6 months.
