1. £13.54 per hour
2. Monday to Friday
3. 36.25 hours a week
4. Temporary (up to 6 months with a possible extension)

What you'll need for this role:
6. Creating and providing user guidance
7. Creating all staff email notifications for system changes
8. Enhancements, issues etc.
9. Managing calls on a service desk by providing technical support
10. Setting up new user accounts
11. Following the starter, mover and leaver process
12. Desktop support
13. Communicating with suppliers to resolve issues
What you'll need for this role:
14. A HNC level qualification in a computer related subject AND have at least one years’ recent experience in a System Support Technician role
15. OR have at least 3 years of recent experience in a System Support Technician role
16. Demonstrate effective planning, organisation, prioritising skills and attention to detail
17. Demonstrate effective communication skills, both oral and written
18. Demonstrate a customer service mindset
19. A current driving licence or access to a form of transport that will permit them to meet the requirements of the post in full.
