How you'll make an impact As Credit Control Assistant, you'll help ensure the smooth running of the billing and collections process, working with clients and colleagues to keep accounts accurate and up to date. You'll gain experience in communication, finance systems, and relationship management, playing an important part in maintaining cash flow and supporting business performance. Key responsibilities include: Managing incoming queries via the shared finance inbox and responding promptly and professionally Supporting the monitoring of payments and helping to resolve issues around invoices or billing Preparing and sending invoices, statements, and supporting documents Recording all correspondence accurately within the finance system Assisting with reconciliations and preparing information for reporting Liaising with internal teams to ensure client accounts are accurate and current Building strong working relationships with clients and supporting them with account information when needed Producing simple reports to help track performance and outstanding items Why our client is excited about you You're motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
