Job Purpose
To maintain the Register of Members (vets & nurses) and Register of Veterinary Practice Premises whilst
ensuring continuous improvement and providing high standards of Customer services to Members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the annual renewal operations for veterinary surgeons, nurses and premises
2. Assist with the integrity of the Register by following a programme of data cleanse exercises.
3. Continually identify areas of improvement and smarter working.
4. Provide assistance with membership and premises inquiries through contact methods such as telephone and email, ensuring a prompt and proactive approach is taken to deliver a service focused on finding solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
5. Create relationships with external customers, for example, Practice Managers,
veterinary authorities and licensing bodies in other countries, DEFRA, BIS and other professional regulators and associated organizations
6. Offer support within the Department, utilising cross-skills whenever required.
