We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for Stock Condition Surveyor based in and around the Somerset area.
Day to Day:
The work will involve carrying out Stock Condition Surveys on Housing Association properties in the Somerset area. Applicants must have worked in domestic/ social housing repairs previously.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Experience of surveying a domestic property and advising on repairs recommendations
Strong technical background essential
Experience of surveying properties, identifying work, scoping works schedules
Driving licence and computer literate essential
IT literate
