Theassessingandprocessingofalltypesandscaleofplanningapplicationsandapplicationsforconsenttodisplayadvertisementsanddemolish/alterListedBuildingsetcincluding:thecarryingoutofallnecessaryconsultationsandnegotiations;thepreparationofrecommendationsandreports;andattendanceatCommitteemeetingsasrequired
