Job Description
3. Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
5. Prepare and issue invoices to clients in compliance with company policies.
6. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
7. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.
8. Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end and year-end processes.
9. Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
The Successful Applicant
11. A strong understanding of accounts receivable processes.
12. Prior experience within the property industry is highly desirable.
13. Systems experience - strong Excel skills, experience using QuickBooks highly desirable.
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
16. A proactive approach to resolving discrepancies and meeting deadlines.
17. Previous experience in accounting and finance roles.
18. Ability to work effectively in a professional environment in London
