Quality Assurance Consultant
Join NFU Mutual’s Wholesale Broking & Outplacement team as a Quality Assurance Consultant in Stratford‑upon‑Avon.
Responsibilities
* Audit new business, renewal and mid‑term adjustment cases and analyse case records for key insights.
* Conduct in‑depth reviews that keep the team aligned with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
* Report monthly, quarterly and annually on performance and work closely with operations and technical portfolio managers to drive continuous improvement.
* Translate FCA frameworks into practical controls and coaching to raise standards.
* Lead quality standards and competency across Wholesale Broking & Outplacement.
Qualifications
* Experienced quality assurance professional from a commercial insurance environment (essential).
* Confident conducting audits and quality reviews and turning insights into action (essential).
* Excellent communication skills; able to adapt well to learning styles and audiences.
* Ability to translate regulation into practical controls and coaching.
* Proven experience delivering training, coaching and constructive feedback that builds capability across teams.
* Stakeholder engagement and influence across multiple functions, with resilience and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
* Knowledge of FCA frameworks and internal standards compliance (essential).
* Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CII Diploma/ACII/FCII) highly desirable.
