Roles & Responsibilities: Manager (Experience 2–5 years)
* Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/bar
* Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service
* Manage scheduling, performance, and team development
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Handle customer concerns effectively and maintain high satisfaction
* Monitor budgets, inventory, and stock control
Bartender (Minimum 1 year experience)
* Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic)
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area
* Engage with guests to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
* Manage bar stock and ensure timely replenishment
* Serve drinks responsibly and check ID when required
Waiter / Waitress (Basic experience or fast learner)
* Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner
* Take and deliver accurate food & drink orders
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
* Support team members to ensure smooth service flow
* Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Requirements
* Manager: 2–5 years of proven experience in hospitality management
* Bartender: Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
* Waiter/Waitress: Previous experience is a plus, but not required – training will be provided
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
* Team player with a professional attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
