What will this role involve?
* Project Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure adherence and resolve issues.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT project teams, fostering collaboration.
* Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulators, managing expectations.
* Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Quality Assurance: Implement quality controls and conduct inspections.
* Budget Management: Monitor and report on financial aspects, adjusting as needed.
* Compliance: Ensure projects meet relevant laws and standards.
* Technology Integration: Oversee integration of new systems, ensuring minimal disruption.
* Performance Monitoring: Track project metrics and implement improvements.
What we're looking for?
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* Relevant project management experience.
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proven success managing complex IT projects.
* Proficiency with project management tools.
* Knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing, Office 365, cybersecurity, and data centers.
