We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Group Change & Transformation function. This role plays a critical part in aligning business needs with technology delivery, ensuring change initiatives deliver real value. You will bring strong analytical expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced Agile environments.
You will join a newly formed and highly exciting tech squad, being built to operate in a strong Agile environment with modern best practices. The squad works cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and QA colleagues, collaborating closely to design, deliver, and embed impactful change. Based at our Kirkstall Forge office, you will balance in‑person collaboration with Agile and hybrid working arrangements.
What's The Role
* Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and document clear, high‑quality business requirements.
* Work within a squad‑based Agile delivery model, supporting discovery through to delivery.
* Refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritisation aligned to business value.
* Produce and maintain BA artefacts including user stories, process models, and requirements documentation.
* Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, PMO, and external partners.
* Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the delivery lifecycle.
* Support business adoption through training, documentation, and post‑implementation support.
What Can You Offer
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst delivering change across projects or programmes.
* Strong background working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
* Excellent skills in requirements elicitation, process analysis, and documentation.
* Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels and navigating ambiguity.
* Experience contributing to Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery.
* Ability to support testing activities including UAT and quality assurance.
* A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and best practice.
