What You Can Expect
As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS), you will be responsible for managing sales regions, working alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to stakeholders within our customer base. You will deliver bespoke training to ensure surgeons and scrub staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries as necessary to provide real-time support.
How You'll Create Impact
* Provide technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
* Offer training on the use of Zimmer Biomet products
* Generate sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers
* Manage logistics around procedure planning and stock
* Support product demonstrations and educational initiatives onsite
* Follow internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
* Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors' products
* Keep Salesforce updated for accounts
* Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training, etc., as required
* Provide monthly reports on performance, activities, and competition
