Cold End Job Change Engineer - Days Barnsley Plant
Role description
Carry out electrical setup, repair, and maintenance on cold end equipment and contribute to efficient job changes.
Responsibilities:
* Comply with Company Health and Safety Procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and those around you.
* Prepare cold end electrical equipment for the next job change, ensuring it meets specifications.
* Participate in job changes, setting up and adjusting cold end equipment to maintain efficient operations.
* Modify and adjust cold end equipment as necessary to minimize downtime.
* Communicate effectively with team members.
* Maintain housekeeping in accordance with Company Hygiene Rules.
Required skills / qualifications:
* Experienced Apprentice Trained Electrical Engineer
* Skills in setup, adjustment, repair, dismantling/reassembly, and fault diagnosis
* Knowledge of computer systems: RIS, APS
* Understanding of cold end equipment faults, process, container defects, and engineering drawings

Competitive salary based on Grade 7 of the harmonised pay scales; Salary min £34,000.00 max £37,112.00
