Duties
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
* Manage stock, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
* Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency.
Skills
* Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
* Proficient in cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and culinary techniques.
* Extensive kitchen experience with a solid understanding of culinary practices.
* Previous hospitality experience is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the culinary field.
* Previous restaurant experience is an advantage, particularly in fast-paced environments.
