We are looking for graduates for our Energy Transition team, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. We want you to enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your skills working for a diverse range of clients and projects.
We are recruiting for Graduates in the following services and locations:
* Low Carbon - Engineering (MEng Electrical Engineering only): Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Birmingham
* Renewable Power - Onshore Renewables (MEng Electrical or Civil Engineering only): Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, London and Birmingham
Index of role scope and team objectives: The Energy Transition team delivers multi-disciplinary services to clients to support a net zero future across the full range of power generating assets from conventional generation to renewable energy. Activities include feasibility studies, technical, financial, emission and environmental advisory, engineering design, process modelling and construction management, plus long-term operational management support.
Projects include: Green Hydrogen generation plant design, new CCGT plants, upgrades to gas networks, pipeline routing studies, design of onshore wind foundations, energy generation projects in the USA, and solar PV and battery storage projects.
Responsibilities
* Work on exciting and innovative projects across the UK and overseas in specialist services including Low Carbon and Renewable Energy.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, delivering design, delivery, client engagement and stakeholder management activities.
* Contribute to proposals and business development considerations where appropriate.

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate:
* You’ll have graduated with at least a 2:2 in a Master’s degree (Electrical or Civil Engineering).
* Complete the application form in full answering all specific questions; mandatory online skill enabler assessment follows successful application.
* You’ll be looking to start work in either April or September 2026.
* You’ll have a passion for consulting, a desire for structural engineering and design, and an enthusiasm for creativity and problem solving.
* You’ll be prepared to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic project environment.
