Job Summary:
As a Senior Front-End Engineer in our development team, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable front-end solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences. Your role will involve mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices in coding and testing. You will help drive technical decisions and ensure the feasibility of UI/UX designs. Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and launch of scalable web applications with a focus on quality and user experience
2. Architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
4. Review code, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
5. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
6. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development
7. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews
8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
9. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
10. Conduct load and performance testing to ensure optimal responsiveness and stability
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
11. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
12. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel)
13. Hands-on experience with and its core principles
14. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API)
15. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
16. Experience with version control systems (., Git)
17. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
18. Experience with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and optimization
19. Experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development and system architecture
20. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus
21. Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus
