This rewarding opportunity is ideal for graduates considering careers in education, youth work, psychology, counselling, or social care.As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils who may present with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs.
You will help students develop emotional regulation skills, improve behaviour for learning, and build positive relationships within the school environment.This Graduate Behaviour Mentor role will involve:Providing 1:1 and small group behavioural supportAssisting pupils with emotional regulation strategiesEncouraging positive engagement in lessons and school activitiesSupporting pastoral and wellbeing initiativesWorking closely with teachers and support staffASAP startReading location with strong transport connectionsThe successful Graduate Behaviour Mentor will be resilient, empathetic, and committed to helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
