Recruitment Consultant Role:
* You will be responsible for sourcing candidates by building strong searching techniques
* Qualifying candidates
* Source candidates via job board applications, searching and headhunting
* Matching candidates and clients appropriately through developing relationships
* Complete regular review with clients
* Understand the local labour market and industry sector, communicating any potential impact
