What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and deliver a portfolio of learning change projects across UK and International Sales & Service teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
* Assess change impact to identify required shifts in knowledge, skills and behaviours, balancing training needs with operational adoption tools.
* Design and sign off training solutions, ensuring they are customer‑centric, experiential and aligned with consistent learning design standards.
* Develop and execute communication and planning strategies to deliver training projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
* Collaborate across programme teams to enable joined‑up, repeatable delivery of training solutions and drive effective working practices.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Frontline Training, Operational Enablement and Programme Delivery teams, to ensure feedback loops and continuous improvement.

* Project Management – managing multiple inflight projects to time, cost and quality.
* Ability to work in a matrix‑management environment, directing the activities of others.
* Stakeholder Management – building strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
* Instructional Design – knowledge and understanding of blended learning solutions.
* End‑to‑end execution of customer‑focussed, impact‑driven, efficient learning solutions.
* Collaboration – working cross‑functionally with Digital, Business Units and P&C teams.
