Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all night transport operations, ensuring efficient routing, on time departures, accurate documentation, and effective allocation of vehicles and resources
2. Lead, support, and guide night shift drivers and operational staff, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring smooth communication and handovers with day teams
3. Maintain full compliance with transport legislation, safety standards, and vehicle maintenance requirements, promoting a strong safety culture across the operation
