Key Responsibilities
* Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well‑being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
* Assist with daily tasks, including personal hygiene, days out and companionship
* Encourage independence, well‑being and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
* Ensure accurate record keeping at all times
Qualifications
* Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Have a genuine desire to care for others
* Be a good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Able to show a positive can‑do attitude at all times
