* Full-time or part-time positions available (min 20 hours per week)
* Opportunity for Paediatric or Mixed caseload
* Caseload located within your locality
* Opportunity for hybrid caseload with clinic in Berwick (2-3 days per week)
* $26 travel allowance per client
* Admin team to complete referrals, scheduling and invoicing
* Opportunity for 4 day condensed week or 9 day fortnight

The role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will deliver both clinic and community-based therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing communication challenges. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and design evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual needs. Your sessions will focus on practical, engaging strategies to support development in speech, language, and communication, and you’ll play a key role in helping clients achieve meaningful goals in their everyday lives.

You will also work closely with families to provide ongoing support and education, ensuring they feel confident implementing strategies at home. Collaboration is central to your role, as you’ll engage with a range of professionals including Occupational Therapists, Teachers, and Psychologists across the Greater Melbourne region. You’ll maintain accurate records of client progress and actively participate in team meetings, professional development, and outreach initiatives that contribute to continuous service improvement.

On Offer:

* Excellent salary: $90,000- $130,000 plus super

Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor degree in Speech Pathologyor relevant discipline
* SPA registration
* Medicare Providers Number
* Police Check
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS Screening Check
* Full driving license and access to reliable vehicle
