Braybrooke, founded in 2017, is a quality-focused lager brewery based on a farm just outside the town of Market Harborough. Inspired by the Franconian breweries of Bamberg, we aim to produce the best unfiltered, unpasteurised, properly lagered beer in the country. Our bottles and kegs are available in many of the UK’s top restaurants, hotels, and pubs. We recently installed a state-of-the-art brewkit and opened a taproom at the brewery. Additionally, we are the landlords of the Swan pub in Braybrooke village and operate a distribution business, Biercraft, in London. We seek a highly motivated individual to join us as a sales person to promote the quality of our lager.
Job Title: Sales Manager, nationwide
Location: WFH with easy access to the brewery.
The role:
Full-time Account Management and Business Development to meet revenue, margin, and new business goals.
1. Manage and develop existing Braybrooke customers to maximize potential.
2. Identify and target significant new customers, focusing on high-profile or high-revenue accounts in the premium on-trade and independent off-trade sectors.
3. Collaborate with the team to enhance the company's profile and reputation.
4. Report to the Sales Director and work with the team to achieve sales targets.
Skills and Experience
* Motivated self-starter capable of working independently.
* Driven to achieve sales targets.
* Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
* Basic knowledge of beer with a willingness to learn more.
* Good understanding and passion for the restaurant trade.
* Organizational skills, efficiency with administrative tasks, and meeting deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills aligning with company values.
* Proficiency in Excel and general IT skills.
* Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer service.

* Development of new business against targets.

Remuneration
* Base salary: £30k to £34k.
* Quarterly bonus linked to account turnover and margin, expected to add at least £10k annually.
* Samples and entertainment allowance.
* Ongoing training and career growth within a dynamic, small company.
