* Teaching Physics across KS3–KS5, including GCSE and A-Level
* Supporting curriculum development and ensuring high-quality lesson delivery
* Leading on teaching and learning strategies within Physics
* Monitoring student progress and implementing targeted interventions
* Supporting and mentoring colleagues, including ECTs
* Contributing to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
