Outbound Sales Advisor

Office hours with a 4pm finish on a friday!
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Advisor to join our Energy team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients.
This position requires an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Engage with potential clients through B2B sales strategies to promote our products and services to find the best prices for Energy
* Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress and manage pipelines.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
* Provide detailed product information and assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Prepare reports on sales activities and market trends to inform management decisions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
* A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle objections professionally.
