Quantity Surveyor - Enabling Works and Infrastructure
Location: South West (site-based with travel as required)

Role Overview

You'll be working on large, multi-disciplinary packages involving demolition, bulk earthworks, utilities, and infrastructure enabling. Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full commercial cycle from procurement through to final account
* Prepare and review cost reports, valuations, and change control documentation
* Support the project team with cost forecasting and cash-flow management
* Liaise with delivery teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance
* Measure works, manage subcontract accounts, and maintain accurate records
* Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities
* Contribute to tender reviews, procurement planning, and supplier engagement
What We're Looking For
* Degree, HNC, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
* Experience within enabling works, infrastructure, or heavy civils environments
* Strong understanding of NEC contracts and subcontract management
* Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen
* Reliable, organised, and able to work proactively within a site-focused team
* Full UK driving licence and right to work
