Children's Registered Home Manager
Highly competitive salary - up to 78K (inclusive of performance-related bonuses)
Welcome Bonus - £5,000 (following successful Ofsted Registration)
Ofsted Bonus - up to £6,000 per year
Occupancy Bonus - Earn up to £5,000, Every 6 Months
Full time permanent position, 40 hours per week, operating on a fixed rota, however flexibility will be required when necessary, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
* Providing full operational leadership of the children's home
* Managing and supporting a diverse, high-performing care team
* Overseeing care planning, safeguarding, and risk management strategies
* Liaising with education teams and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care
* Promoting the home with internal and external stakeholders
* Producing reports and performance data aligned with KPIs
* Driving service quality and continuous improvement
* Contributing to organisational projects and development initiatives
What We're Looking For
* A child-centred individual focused on achieving the best possible outcomes
* Experience as a Registered Manager, or at least two years' experience as a Deputy Manager with the ambition and readiness to step into the Registered Manager role
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* A genuine commitment to trauma-informed, therapeutic care approaches
