Position Overview: We are looking for a full time Reception teacher for North Tawton Primary. Phonics experience is essential and Read, Write Inc training is desireable also. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in accordance with the school's curriculum and policies. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students and maintain continuity of learning. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication during periods of teacher absence. Provide feedback on student progress and maintain accurate records as required. Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
