As our Business Development Marketing Officer, you ’ ll help tell the story of Lancashire ’ s School & Residential Care Catering service — supporting campaigns, connecting with clients, and helping us grow our commercial reach. What You Will Be Doing; Supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media channels. Creating high ‑ quality marketing materials, newsletters, case studies and promotional content, while tracking and reporting on campaign performance. Maintaining the service website and social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and aligned with service objectives. Assisting with research into new business opportunities, including competitor analysis, market trends and client mapping. Supporting tenders, proposals, presentations and client events, while maintaining CRM records and managing leads. What We’re Looking For; Experience in marketing, communications or business development, with strong written and visual content creation skills. Confident communicator with excellent organisation, time ‑ management and attention to detail. Experience using CRM or marketing software (desirable), and confidence working with social media and digital marketing tools.
